Our Boot Camp program has a reputation for being a challenging workout, and for good reason. This full-body workout is designed to keep your muscles guessing and improve your fitness level. You can’t do that without consistently increasing your effort.
Our Boot Camp program will:

Join us Sundays at 8:30am from December 10 through January 21. Drop in for just $15 +HST per class (Day Pass fee applies to non-members).
