Boot Camp

Our Boot Camp program has a reputation for being a challenging workout, and for good reason. This full-body workout is designed to keep your muscles guessing and improve your fitness level. You can’t do that without consistently increasing your effort.

Our Boot Camp program will:

  • build your confidence
  • increase your power
  • build your strength
  • burn calories
  • keep your workouts interesting

Join us Sundays at 8:30am from January 28 through March 4. Drop in for just $15 +HST per class (Day Pass fee applies to non-members).
