Our Boot Camp program has a reputation for being a challenging workout, and for good reason. This one-hour full-body workout is designed to keep your muscles guessing and improve your fitness level. You can’t do that without consistently increasing your effort.
Our Boot Camp program will:
- build your confidence
- increase your power
- build your strength
- burn calories
- keep your workouts interesting
Boot Camp takes place Sundays from 8:30am to 9:30am, September 29 through November 10 (there is no class on October 13). The cost of the full program is $80 +HST. Drop-ins are welcome at $15 per class (the Day Pass fee applies to non-members). Download the poster.
