For individuals of any age living with mobility issues and/or chronic pain we’ve created Get Moving, a one-hour Carleton Place fitness class to improve flexibility, posture, balance, coordination, and core strength.
Instructor Catherine Courtice uses a combination of gentle balance, standing, and chair exercises to lead the group through a series of movements that benefit physical and mental health.
Classes are held Wednesdays at 9:15am and Thursday at 5:30pm. Drop-in for just $17.50 per class. 10-session packs are available for just $135 (tax included).
