From yoga to cardio, spin, and strength classes, we have created a group class schedule that offers something for everyone. If you think group classes aren’t for you, try a class. You might be surprised!
About Our CoreFit Space
We think of our CoreFit space as a playroom. Members are welcome to use the battle ropes, boxing bag, TRX cables, and other pieces of equipment we provide to keep your fitness options open. We also host many of our group classes in this space.
About Our Studio
Our Studio serves as the location for our yoga and spin classes. During yoga, the lights are dimmed and a blissful hush washes over the space. During spin, the volume is turned up on the music and space is filled with the voices of our instructors taking participants through valleys, up hills, and over virtual landscapes.
About Our Lounge
Our lounge provides a quiet space for members to decompress and enjoy some moments of solitude by the fireplace. Our popular tea station will be back once it’s safe to do so.
NOTE: Our group fitness and yoga classes in Carleton Place resume in August. The schedule will be shown here once it becomes available.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class. If you are not there 10 minutes before class starts, you will not be allowed access to the class. Please give yourself plenty of time.
Heart Wise Exercise
We are fortunate to be one of the few gyms in the area to be awarded a Heart Wise Exercise partnership with the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. This means that our group classes are safe for individuals living with chronic health conditions.
