Our group fitness classes are popular for good reasons; they challenge, inspire, and motivate. As an added bonus, they are fun.
We offer more than 30 group fitness classes every week. From Fit Basics to heart-pumping cardio classes, and yoga; we truly have something for everyone.

Fitness on Demand
Along with our 30+ live group fitness classes each week, we also offer hundreds of class options through Fitness on Demand, a virtual fitness class platform. Watch this tutorial to see how easy the system is to use.
Heart Wise Exercise
We are fortunate to be one of the few gyms in the area to be awarded a Heart Wise Exercise partnership with the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. This means that our group fitness classes are safe for individuals living with a chronic health condition. Read more...
There is no added cost for our members to participate in our group fitness classes. If you are not a member, you can pay a drop-in fee of $10 to participate.
