Our group fitness classes are popular for good reasons; they challenge, inspire, and motivate. As an added bonus, they are fun.
We offer 25 group fitness classes every week. From Abs+ and Kettlebells to heart-pumping cardio classes like Spin and Kickboxing; we truly have something for everyone.
We feature a different group fitness class each month on Saturdays at 9:00am. Here’s what we have planned:

Heart Wise Exercise
We are fortunate to be one of the few gyms in the area to be awarded a Heart Wise Exercise partnership with the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. This means that our group fitness classes are safe for individuals living with a chronic health condition. Read more.
Group Fitness Class Videos
Are you curious about one of our group fitness classes but aren’t quite ready to join in? We have created videos of many of our Carleton Place fitness classes to give you a glimpse into all the fun we have.
There is no added cost for our members to participate in our group fitness classes. If you are not a member, you can pay a drop-in fee of $15 to participate.
