We offer a wide array of Carleton Place fitness classes. From Gentle Fit for members whose focus is on stability, mobility, and flexibility to heart-pumping, sweat-educing cardio classes, to yoga, we truly have something for everyone.
Group fitness classes at Heritage Community Fitness are led by talented instructors whose skill is complemented by their infectious personalities. They love to have fun and their passion and enthusiasm shine.

Fitness on Demand
Along with our 30+ live group fitness classes each week, we also offer hundreds of class options through Fitness on Demand, a virtual fitness class platform. Watch this tutorial to see how easy the system is to use.
There is no added cost for our members to participate in our group fitness classes. If you are not a member, you can pay a drop-in fee of $10 to participate.
