Our HIIT program is perennially popular for its ability to change everything you think you know about your fitness limits. This full-body, 45-minute workout is designed to improve both your strength and endurance. You can’t do that without consistently increasing your effort.
Led by personal trainer Jennifer Hicks, our HIIT program will:
- burn fat
- improve your endurance
- strengthen your heart
- increase metabolism
- keep your workouts interesting
Our current HIIT program runs 5:30pm – 6:15pm on Wednesdays though December 18. Drop-ins are welcome at $12 per class (the Day Pass fee applies to non-members). Download the poster.
