High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Our HIIT program is perennially popular for its ability to change everything you think you know about your fitness limits. This full-body, 45-minute workout is designed to improve both your strength and endurance. You can’t do that without consistently increasing your effort.

Our HIIT program will:

  • burn fat
  • improve your endurance
  • strengthen your heart
  • increase metabolism
  • keep your workouts interesting

Join us Wednesdays at 5:30pm from November 29 through January 3. Drop-ins welcome for $12 +HST per class (Day Pass fee applies for non-members).
