Our HIIT program is perennially popular for its ability to change everything you think you know about your fitness limits. This full-body, 45-minute workout is designed to improve both your strength and endurance. You can’t do that without consistently increasing your effort.
Led by personal trainer Jennifer Hicks, our HIIT program will:
- burn fat
- improve your endurance
- strengthen your heart
- increase metabolism
- keep your workouts interesting
HIIT takes place on Wednesdays at 5:30pm through March 18 through April 22. The cost of the full six-week program is $60 +HST. Drop-ins are welcome for $12 (the Day Pass fee of $15 applies to non-members). Download the poster.
