Our HIIT program is perennially popular for its ability to change everything you think you know about your fitness limits. This full-body, 45-minute workout is designed to improve both your strength and endurance. You can’t do that without consistently increasing your effort.
Our HIIT program will:

Join us Wednesdays at 5:30pm from February 21 through April 11. The cost of the full six-week program is $60 +HST. Drop-ins welcome for $12 +HST per class (the Day Pass fee of $10 applies to non-members).
