Hypopressive Training

Join us for this unique 4-week specialty program hosted by personal trainer Jennifer Hicks.

Hypopressive training uses a combination of breathing techniques and core muscle work to engage and strengthen the abdominal wall and pelvic floor. Hypopressive training is an effective treatment for:

  • the prevention and treatment of stress-related incontinence
  • waistline reduction
  • improved athletic performance
  • postnatal reprogramming of core muscles
  • normalization of posture
  • treatment of prolapse, cystocele, rectocele
  • improved sexual function

Our next hypopressive training program runs Thursdays at 7:15pm from March 22 through April 12. The cost of the program is $99 +HST.
