Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain

Facilitated by Catherine Courtice, this complimentary workshop gives chronic pain sufferers the tools to live a healthy life.
If you answer YES to any of the following, this workshop is for you:
  • do you feel overwhelmed with your health and pain?
  • are you newly diagnosed with chronic pain, or have you been struggling for years with chronic pain?
  • do you want to connect with others who are living with similar challenges?
This six-week workshop is for those who are living with daily chronic pain.  The goals of this program are to; help make daily tasks easier, set goals and problem solve, help manage fatigue, take action and live a healthy life.
