Naturopathy

Use scientific knowledge with natural treatments for optimum health.

Naturopathic medicine is a distinct branch of primary health care that focuses on treating the root cause of illness and disease by stimulating the healing power of the body.

Naturopathic services include:

  • dietary counselling
  • meal planning for individuals and families
  • allergy management (environmental, food, seasonal)
  • acupuncture
  • cupping
  • endocrine issues (diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and more)
  • acute illness care (colds, flus, sinusitis, and more)
  • chronic illness care (cancer, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, psoriasis, and more)
  • chronic pain treatment
  • mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more)
  • sexual and reproductive health
  • wellness check-ups and illness prevention
  • supplement recommendation and prescription
  • and more

Treating both acute and chronic conditions, naturopathic therapies are chosen based on each patient’s physiological, psychological, environmental, and lifestyle factors. Virtually everybody can benefit from naturopathic medicine because the treatments are highly individualized.
