Fall Group Fitness Schedule
Our fall group fitness schedule begins Monday, September 23. We offer 30 weekly classes along with our monthly Learn to Spin, Karma Yoga, and Kick It Up classes. You’ll also notice that Kyla is back on our schedule! She’s relocating back to Carleton Place and we could not be happier. Download the schedule.
Chair Yoga Begins October 18
Our Chair Yoga series covers many common yoga postures while using the support of a chair. This series not only builds confidence for new yoga practitioners but also builds a foundation of poses and movements that can be practiced anywhere, anytime. Attend all four sessions or drop-in as your schedule allows. Learn more.

Fit Club for Girls
Our fall 2019 Fit Club for Girls program runs Thursdays, October 10 through December 12 from 4:15pm to 5:30pm. Learn more about this youth-focused program.
