Sport Fundamentals: Starts March 23
Fitquest’s Sport Fundamentals is a six-week small-group program for focused young athletes ages 9 to 11. Designed by Fitquest and delivered by Mike Dier, a Fitquest-certified coach, each small-group session focuses on fundamental and functional athletic skills, sport-specific tasks, and important topics such as nutrition, sleep, warm-up, and more. Learn to Lift: February 29
Join physiotherapist Nick Mosco and kinesiologist Mike Dier for our one-hour Learn to Lift workshop. Nick and Mike demonstrate how to do three of the basic functional movements: squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. Learn more.
Heart Health and the Women in Your Life: February 29
This one-hour health information session describes what heart disease is, how it differs between men and women, what the risks and symptoms are, how you can take heart health action, and how to talk about it with health care providers. Learn more.

High-Intensity Interval Training: Starts March 18
Our HIIT program is perennially popular for its ability to change everything you think you know about your fitness limits. This full-body, 45-minute workout is designed to improve both your strength and endurance. You can’t do that without consistently increasing your effort. Learn more.

Drills. Plyometrics. Strength. Agility. Our Boot Camp program has a reputation for being a challenging workout, and for good reason. Plogging: March 31
Plogging is a combination of jogging and picking up litter, from the Swedish term “plocka upp” meaning to pick up. We want to do our part to keep Carleton Place looking beautiful. Join us for a minimum $2 donation to the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital Foundation. Download the poster.
Yoga for Teen Girls: Starts April 4
Join Robyn for a three-week workshop specifically for girls from ages 13 through 17 years. Partiipants learn the basics of yoga including common pose names, proper technique and breathing, sun salutations, and more. You will leave this workshop feeling like you can attend a yoga class with confidence. Learn more.
