We’re excited to welcome Catherine Courtice to our team! Catherine uses her Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd), Bachelor of Education (BEd), and yoga teacher training to inform her massage and yoga offerings. Catherine’s services include Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Thai Yoga Massage. You’ll also find Catherine leading some of our To The Mat Yoga classes. How to Improve Hip Mobility: February 28
Join Dr. Sam Cooper on February 28 at either 2:00pm or 6:00pm for his How to Improve Hip Mobility one-hour workshop. Cost: Toonie donation to the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital Foundation. Learn more.
Yo-Men: Yoga Fundamentals for Men
In reality, all men can do yoga and many already do. Participants in this class are entering a space of non-judgement. The emphasis is on doing what you can and enjoying yourself in the process. Here is your chance to put discomfort aside and learn the many benefits of yoga with other men. This class runs Thursdays from March 1 to April 5 from 6pm to 7pm. The cost of the program is $60. CPR & AED Training
Join instructor Pat Proulx for CPR & AED training delivered at Heritage Community Fitness & Rehabilitation Centre. There are two dates to choose from: Thursday, February 22 from 1pm – 3pm or Tuesday, February 27 from 6pm – 8pm . The cost of the two-hour session is $25.
