Peak for Guys

Peak is a health and fitness program for guys in grades 8, 9, or 10. Designed specifically for guys, the goal of Peak is to help young men build confidence, develop a positive attitude towards exercise, learn how to weight train safely, and most of all have fun! This four-week after-school program includes:
  • circuit and interval training
  • functional workouts
  • games
  • introduction to the bench press, barbell back squats, and deadlifts
  • how to be a safe spotter
