Sport Fundamentals

Fitquest’s Sport Fundamentals is a six-week small-group program for focused young athletes ages 9 to 11.

Designed by Fitquest and delivered by Mike Dier, a Fitquest-certified coach, each small-group session focuses on fundamental and functional athletic skills, sport-specific tasks, and important topics such as nutrition, sleep, warm-up, and more.
