To The Mat Yoga Schedule

To The Mat Yoga members have access to unique specialty yoga classes that provide everything from a gentle challenge to more advanced cardio-focused sessions. Savour Yoga Stretch and Gentle Yoga for a meditative practice or turn up the intensity with Yang/Ying and Power Yoga.

This specialty membership program is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness. To The Mat Yoga classes are led by highly-trained and respected yoga instructors who provide modifications for each posture to allow members the freedom to explore the movements.
