Yoga Massage Services

In addition to our registered massage therapy (RMT) services, we also offer yoga massage services to enhance overall health and wellbeing.

Developed over 2500 years ago as a tool to promote blood and oxygen circulation and help release toxins stored in the body, yoga massage uses a dynamic, hands-on approach whereby the massage practitioner engages in transformative poses directly with the client. This ancient healing system with roots in Ayurvedic medicine helps produce a deep sense of relaxation along with improved flexibility and reduced pain and discomfort.

Our yoga massage services include:

Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage combines assisted movement, acupressure, and Ayurvedic principles to aid in the relief of painful, tight, and aching muscles. Using no oils or lotions, the client remains clothed during treatment. Rather than traditional rubbing of muscles, the practitioner combines deep static and rhythmic pressures as the body is stretched, compressed, pulled, moved, and rocked in a variety of yoga-like positions to increase circulation and range of motion. Progressive Movement Thai Massage
Concentration is given to specific muscle groups, concerns, and ailments to provide release, relief, and optimal range of motion.

Couples Thai Massage
Use acupressure and Thai massage to develop a closer connection with yourself and your partner.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage uses massage and the therapeutic use of Geothermal-hydro-therapy with naturally formed smoothed Black Basalt Stones made from
volcanic rock. This approach helps to relieve muscle tension, pain, muscle spasms and increases flexibility, range of motion, and blood flow. This style of massage helps to relieve symptoms of autoimmune issues, reduces stress and anxiety, boosts immunity, and promotes sleep.

Deep Tissue Hot Stone Massage
Concentration is given to specific areas of concern, muscle groups, and ailments to provide localized physical alleviation of pain and tension.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a massage technique that manipulates the soft tissues in the head, shoulders, neck, jaw, ears, and face. Using a range of different massage pressures and rhythms, this approach helps to relieve tension headaches, migraines, depression, and anxiety while promoting lymphatic drainage and improving memory and energy levels. Essential oils can be added to the treatment.
