Specialty Yoga Programs

In keeping with our mission to provide our community the freedom to define what yoga means to them and to create a space that supports the journey inward, we regularly host yoga programs that encourage individuals to develop and evolve their own practice. Here’s what we have scheduled at our Carleton Place yoga studio.

Meditation Series with Redeana
Join Redeana for a six-week meditation series beginning Sunday, January 19 at 4:00pm. Download the poster.

Yoga Strong Challenge: Starts February 6
Do you want to feel fit for a mid-winter vacation? Would you like to tone and tighten in time for spring? Do you want to feel leaner and stronger? If yes, this 4-week program is for you! Learn more.

Yoga for Teen Girls: Starts April 4
Join Robyn for a three-week workshop specifically for girls from ages 13 through 17 years. Partiipants learn the basics of yoga including common pose names, proper technique and breathing, sun salutations, and more. You will leave this workshop feeling like you can attend a yoga class with confidence. Learn more.
