COVID-19 Response

Our Collaborative Care Centre Is Now Open
We’re so excited to welcome back clients, staff, and practitioners to our Collaborative Care Centre. We have details to share about hours, booking, and COVID-19 safety protocols.

March 16, 2020

We’ve made the decision to temporarily close Heritage Community Fitness & Rehabilitation Centre effective immediately.

Closing temporarily not only protects people, it gives local healthcare practitioners and medical facilities the cooperation they need at the community level to fight the spread of this virus. We can’t afford to be complacent. No one can.

We encourage everyone to monitor the COVID-19 situation in our area through Leeds, Grenville Lanark District Health Unit and Ottawa Public Health.

All memberships will be placed on hold today. Memberships will reactivate when we re-open once our local health units state it is safe to do so.

In the meantime, physical and mental fitness is still a priority and can help us manage in times of uncertainty and anxiety. We will share workouts, meditations, and other videos to help everyone stay active in their home environment. Join us as we find new ways to bring our community together in a virtual setting. Stay tuned to our website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for upcoming announcements.

We’re all in this together.
