When we opened our doors in 2007, we set out to make physical activity and wellness accessible to as many people as possible. Our environment welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and interests. Everyone’s approach to fitness is unique so we evolved our fitness centre in Carleton Place to offer a variety of fitness options that include something for everyone.

Fitness Centre
Our state-of-the-art gym has over 75 pieces of cardio equipment, a full inventory of free weights and strength-training equipment, along with fitness accessories to help keep you active, strong, and mobile.

Group Classes
Our group classes are popular for good reasons; they challenge, inspire, and motivate. As a bonus, they are fun! We change the schedule of classes each season to keep things fresh and interesting. View our group class schedule.

Spin
Spin is a great option for members wanting a low-impact but powerful cardio workout. Our variety of spin classes keeps indoor cycling interesting and our instructors set an action-packed pace fueled by their amazing playlists. Yoga
Our yoga classes allow members the freedom to define what yoga means to them and to create a space that supports the journey inward, a meaningful exploration of body, mind, and spirit. We hold space for members to engage in that journey on their own terms.

Personal Training
Personal training is more than exercise; together with your trainer, you examine all aspects of your lifestyle to ensure that you are getting the most out of the time you devote to fitness. Learn more about our personal trainers.

Pickleball
Pickleball blends the rules and skills of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong that results in a fast-paced game and a chance to combine fitness, fun, and friends. Our outdoor courts are open seasonally, from May to October, and available at no extra cost to our members.
